Frequently Asked Questions — Custom Dentures
Expert answers for full and partial denture solutions
How many appointments are typically needed?
Usually 4–5 appointments: impressions, jaw relation, try‑in, delivery, and a follow‑up adjustment. Digital workflows may reduce visits.
How long do custom dentures last?
With proper care, 5–10 years. Bone resorption may require relining after 2–4 years to maintain fit.
What is the difference between immediate and conventional dentures?
Immediate dentures are placed right after extractions; they allow uninterrupted esthetics but require relining as healing occurs. Conventional dentures are fabricated after complete healing (4–6 months).
Can I have a try‑in before finalization?
Yes, we always provide a wax try‑in for patient and clinician approval of esthetics, occlusion, and phonetics before processing.
What warranty do you offer on custom dentures?
Deyu Dental Lab provides a 2‑year limited warranty against material defects and fracture. Adjustments and relines are supported at a reduced cost within the first year.
Do I need to send a digital scan or conventional impression?
We accept both. Digital impressions streamline the workflow; conventional PVS impressions with border molding are also welcome. Please include bite registration and shade selection.
